I am a fast learner, people person and easy going, i'm also a problem solver and I know how to multitask . I have to say that my main asset is that i'm able build quick rapport, and by doing so everyone feels comfortable with me, like if they already knew me.
I have had work on almost all dpts. on a call center , collections , sales , csr , retention , art , quality , also been a coach for new agents a quality assurance agent performance ,survey agent etc and loved every minute of it .I got married really young , and I am also a very hard working person with big dreams and now more than ever I feel that is time to conquer and acomplish beyond my expectations. When I set my mind to something I go and get it, until I make it happen I will not stop.
