    Not really sure what happened here....Gave him a good pay and a lot of training. There was a bit of a learning curve but we were very upfront about that and he accepted the challenge. This was not just a short term contract, we wanted to give him the opportunity to be part of our company. He started off good (or so we thought) and then we started noticing his screenshots and log in times and realized he was scamming us out of time and pay. I believe he did work sometimes but on other days we found many discrepancies and something was not quite adding up. When questioned on anything he was polite and either acted as if he didn't know, apologized or just answered with "ok ma'am" and "yes ma'am". He needs to communicate better with his employer. Numerous times we asked him for a simple one liner email to be sent to us everyday to recap his work but we constantly had to remind him when we didn't see it. Even when he was sick, he did not inform us of his day off. When something was wrong with his time tracker we believed him and gave him a bonus to make up his loss in pay. We are very understanding and could've helped him work through any difficulties or challenges he was having. If he needed a break for a day or two, he could've just said so instead of all of the excuses and deceit. We wish this turned out better but unfortunately we were left feeling like we got scammed.

    This client has no clarity, over promising, from payment, process, contract, etc. Be careful gents or else you would end up working diligently more than 8 hours, and a single call incident (an honest mistake) will be your payment.
