i estarted working at the age of 14 and estarted as a cashier and had to handle my studies and my job responsabilities. I have worked mostly in the field of customer service for Life insurance, hotels, creditcards and payments. I have also worked as an English Teacher. I have experience in Risk Managent for online purchases in both departments Investigation and Prevention. Also I am a product reviewer and have my own business.

2 hour training was scheduled to begin today at 12:30pm and he emailed me at 12:31pm to let me know he needed to reschedule. Very unprofessional and disrespectful way to begin.

I really wanted to be part of the project but my mom who is old comes first. I do not know when she may get sick and this client could not understand. Sadly, the client got upset and all he said was "Good luck". I do not find that very professional. Best wishes to your business Vic.
