Hello everyone! My name is Oscar P. Capatoy, Jr. Been in the BPO industry for several years now doing inbound and outbound calling (sales). I've worked as a careers adviser for Career's Australia for couple of months talking to Australians and New Zealand Citizens to up-skill and get the qualifications they need for their career path.
I also worked as a Team Leader at OUTBOUNDERS.COM, helping out SELLER NETWORK and TRUE BRANDS campaigns to grow.
