Overview

I worked as Customer Service Representative since 2008, that's 9 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have 2 years of experience in outbound calling. Although I don't have experience with home based job, customer service is not new to me. I also have experiences with the following: Data Entry, Admin support, email support, and managing team. I also worked with Commercial card fraud prevention where I did outbound call.
