Mesa, Manila in April, 1987; Bachelor of Laws in Manuel Luis Quezon University (MLQU), Quiapo, Manila; and Master in Public Administration in Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Open University (PUP-OU), Sta. Mesa, Manila.
I am currently employed as a Legal Assistant II, SG 12 in the Provincial Government of Pampanga, Philippines & reassigned in the Health Office performing administrative & legal functions. I had more than 18 years experience in performing legal & administrative functions & honed my skills in legal writing & administrative matters.
