I am Soumik Kumar. I am from Murshidabad, West Bengal, India. I am residing in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. I have my mom and dad in my family. I have studied 10th from RKMVN and 12th from PATHA BHAVAN from Kolkata. I started working with Rex Callnet in Delhi as a voice and accent trainer. I moved to EXL as a customer service executive for British Gas Process. Then I moved to Ienergizer for Sprint Process as Senior Customer Care Executive. From there I moved to work with Telebound Services.

I wonder why did I even apply for his job and he does not pay or replenish his account on time and he blames outbounders for that and we ended up with pending amounts.....Worst part is he does not even know how to talk to his agents properly... I should have checked his ratings first.
