I have gained a lot of experiences in call handling. Ive handled all types of customers since Ive worked as a general customer care representative. Ive handled troubleshooting, billing, credit check, activation of new phone lines, retention, order taking, payments using debit/credit and electronic check and data encoding, appointment setting and data validation as well. My key factor for my work is my eagerness to help resolving each customers issue at one call resolution only to the best of my ability and scope of support.
