An independent and flexible person. Ive been working as a Call Center Agent for almost 3 years, having this experience makes me very hard-working and an adaptable person. Im to be mistaken as a serious type of person. However,they dont know that my personality is very easy going, so Im easy to get along with. I have great communication skills and Im comfortable standing up in front of people presenting information to them. I have the ability to take complex information and break it down presenting in easy to understand. In addition to that, I have knowledge in back office support which includes data archiving, data editing and also background in Human-Resource Administration.
