Hello, my name is Besfort. I was born on May 9th,1986 in Kosovo. I've been working for Raiffeisen Bank since 7 years now. I started as Support Desk Technician. In 2009 I was promoted to System Administrator and again in 2014 to Service Design Specialist. Official company language is English but my colleagues are Albanian, Serbian, English and Austrian nationals. I am a very flexible person and confident.
