Sounds great when she works, but was not able to commit to the full time that she agreed to. Supposedly, her previous employer reached out and that's why the last 2 days she only put in a couple hours a day.
Wish she would of worked what she agreed to, as we believe the potential was there.

Im sorry for not accepting the offer, aside from a lower rate than my asking, its also only for 5 hours/week. Im Looking for something that is atleast 15 or 20 hours/week. I believe its the only way to fully maximize and test the true potential of any campaign. For less than 15 hours/week, I would not be able to guarantee any result. Cheryl is great. She is a fantastic worker, and an excellant person. Frankly, she is the sort of person you would want to be your neighbor.
My business is in a highly specialized niche. Cheryl was the first person I hired for this new position. I made some assumptions about training for this job that were incorrect. When I realized this, the contract had to be terminated. It makes me sad that it didn't work out because Cheryl is very much a real joy to work with.

I only have total of 16 hrs on this campaign, I feel like I was not given enough time to build my pipeline and prove myself, but other than that Shannon is a great motivator, her high spirit is very contagious, she is an employer that you will always wish to have.

I cannot say enough great things about Cheryl.
Hired her to make cold calls for my webmastering company in 2013, and she has been the most consistent, intelligent agent I have EVER had the pleasure of working with. She's smart, her vocabulary is better than most native English speakers, and she knows how to adjust to rebuttals and get the appointment. (I know because I've heard many of her calls).
Most importantly, she is very persistent with prospects without being pushy. She has great timing, and a very good feel for an individual's boundaries. Most of the clients we've converted mentioned her by name, and they ALL wanted us to thank her for her persistence and professionalism.
She asks good questions, and is not just a droning about running up time. There have been many instances where we were lagging on bringing her leads to call, and she actually asked for fresh leads, so that her transfer rate could improve. When she transfers, she briefs you on the key challenges to expect right before you enter the conversation, and collects a lot of intel on the prospect. All your sales team will have to do is answer her call, listen for pain points, and close.
Finally, she has gone above and beyond the job description numerous times, and she never let's a good lead go to waste. I have always felt as though I was working with the absolute best Outbounders has to offer, because she has rainmaker potential.
*NOTE: I'm re-structuring the company, paying her a bonus, and am bringing her back as soon as I can. She's that valuable. If she applies to your contract, consider yourself lucky. Hire Cheryl.
