I have been with the BPO industry for about 10 years now and I can say that I have a lot of experience not only in handling associates but also managing an account. Aside from being able to exceedingly meet my contractual targets, I am also able to accomplish the admin tasks assigned by my manager.
A team player, my ability to empower people, having the initiative to provide new processes for the betterment of the account are some of the traits I have which I use everyday to which in return made me as one of the best leaders of the account.
