Emily is a very nice, police and kind person. I cannot recommend her however. I do not like to leave negative feedback for anyone. Our company started her training and the next day she sent this message, "Hi Sir, I would like to thank you for giving the chance to be part of your team even for small period of time. I truly admire and respect you. I've learned something new yesterday and I appreciate that but I'm afraid I may not be able to continue with the trial period due to family issues. Hope you understand sir. Maybe in the future I may reapply again. Thank you, Emily David" It is clear from the above that Emily had second thoughts about this job or simply didn't like the work, because the family issues explanation is the "go to" excuse for someone who wants to quit gently. I have no problem with someone telling me they don't like the work, that is okay. Since training people is time-consuming and expensive, I would look elsewhere since Emily does not have the commitment level required to be an Outbounder.
