I have been working for almost 25 years. I started as a data encoder and moved to different companies handling administrative tasks (documentation, clerical and general works). I joined the BPO industry in 2009 and handled financial, telecommunication, services and Information technology accounts. I consider my years of working experience as an advantage.
I am simply a dedicated and hardworking person. I am passionate about my work because this is where I earned and it also gives me happiness when I am enjoying working. I am very quite most of the time, but when I get the chance to talk, I am very talkative.
