I worked 7 years in a call center industry assisting customers with phone-based troubleshooting and enquiries. Troubleshooting software and hardware components of computer, internet connection, emails issues. I was an IT Helpdesk analyst as well way back.
In March 2005 I completed my BS Psychology studies.
My motivations include learning new things, the challenge of meeting the needs of an organization, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
