I am submitting my resume for review. I am in search of a position in either Inbound Customer or a management position where I can utilized my skills. I hope my professional experience will situate my candidacy as favorable. I am in search of a permanent, telecommute position.

The diversity of my career has been in performing customer service, appointment/lead generation, sales/marketing in various venues including airlines, executive telesales, advertising. In addition I have had the experience of management and as-well-as a business owner. I have been fortunate to achieve abilities and skills that enhanced my skills and performance. Most importantly, I have learned the importance of the being a dedicated, disciplined employee that is able to work effectively alone with the ability to solve situations that arise in the course of the day.

I believe in a “Practical over Theoretical” approach, which has given the opportunity to deal in a positive, effective manner. Being spontaneous in nature, with a friendly, professional personality, I notice people are comfortable with me. I understand the art of listening and interaction, which results in strong rapport, leading to positive results.

I do maintain a complete professional home office. My home is of two mature adults with no outside inter-ferences or noise. I am able to offer a flexible availability schedule.
