My first callcenter job was at Teletech as a Customer Service Representative under Charter Communications billing department, I resigned after 2 years and try my luck at Convergys I was accepted under Chat support for Comcast technical. My first job at home was with a UK campaign and its very easy, I call big companies like expedia, barclays to do some surveys for their agents. Same year around November, my sister refer me to her manager to worked as a appointment setter for a website consulting company - we call businesses like pharmacies, law offices, roofers, plumbers and many more to let them know that we offer free consultation on how to boost their website rankings. I also worked as an appointment setter for timeshare company, we call timeshare owners and offer them help on how to remove their maintenance fees or if they want to sell their timeshare.
