I have been with SYKES Asia, one of the pioneer and top leading BPO institutions here in the Philippines for more than three years. The training I underwent with them was extremely extensive and has equipped me with everything I would need. I worked for their travel account that handles flights, hotels, cruises and even car rentals.
My job focused on the online hotel booking where I assist customers who had difficulties booking their own hotels using our website. I also helped some customers who cannot go online, some were not computer savvy while others were driving and badly need help to find a hotel to where they need to be. The experience enhanced my skills on providing excellent and accurate walkthroughs, I managed to give details in precise description.
