I have been in the Call Center Industry for about 9 years, i have been into both inbound and outbound centers and i have been into Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, and Banking accounts. I was a Team Leader for 2 years.
Ive work in the call center industry for 9 year and the very first account that i handled was an outbound sales account Local Area Yellow pages based in San Francisco, i was calling business owners all around the US and offer our online yellow pages for then to sign and advertise, we also offer them a website that they can use, another account was entrusted to me, an appointment setting account for a local CPA from Irvine, my job was to call business owners to setup meeting with my client for there accounting needs. After that i called for Retriever Payment System based in Ohio, i contacted business owners and offer or Credit/Debit Card swipe machines to be used in there business. After doing outbound i went on doing inbound support for sales, retention, technical support and financial accounts. I was a Team Leader for 2 Years for 4 different LOBs.
