Thru my years of experience in customer service and team handling, I learned to be organized, highly capable and dependable and these assets will help me deliver.
Over the last 5 years, I have been trained to give the best customer service experience. Ive dealt with different types of customers and learned how to manage them. I started as a customer service representative then I was promoted as a quality coach then after some time joined operations as a team leader. This years of experience molded me to become highly dependable, capable and confident in delivering tasks.
I have started taking on home based jobs just this January of this year. There are some ups and downs along the way but I will never trade it to being stuck in an office cubicle for 12-14 hours everyday.
I have 2 kids, my 7 year old son and a daughter whose a toddler. I have been married for 6 years now, I have known my better half since I was 16. I guess I am one of those lucky ones who married their teenage sweetheart.
