Kelly, as we have already discussed and is not an unreasonable expectation that a freelancer would be honest and communicate effectively through a project. We have given you adequate time to respond and explain why you have not followed through with what we both agreed you would do the last few days. There has been no communication or update from you. Showed great promise and enthusiasm in beginning including great note taking on training materials. Needs to improve personal work life balance and communication/ responsiveness when obstacles occur during completion of assignments

Kelly is very friendly and personable on the phone. I allowed a very flexible schedule for my campaign--she does best in an environment with flexible schedule. Would I rehire Kelly? Yes
