In order for me to enhance my oral and written communication skills Ive applied for a customer service position at Convergys Corporation at UP-AYALA Technohub wherein I was able to provide good and quality customer service and basic tehcnical support for mobile phones, I was able to experienced the internet service world at Teletech Novaliches wherein I was hired to be Level 1 Tehcnical Support Representative for iinet, an australian internet provider wherein Ive handled australian customers complaining about their internet connection, during my stay there for 3 months Ive been already handling POC calls and provided excellency in resolving their concerns, then Ive transferred to Startek International Limited wherein I was able to handle Time Warner Cable for more than a year and provided best support for internet problems.
