She has great potential but she had an excuse for not working the 1st day and we gave her grace. She promised to be there the next day to work and didn't show up. It's sad that someone with so much talent cannot keep schedule. As a result we had to let her go after much wasted time training her.

very good caller. She has great talent. I am only ending the contract because I need lots of callers and I think a call center will work better for my business. I would highly recommend her

tried to work with her the second time around but still is the same as before. ended contract without further notice and did not discuss about it. will never work with client again

Client is okay had the campaign dialing for few hours until ended the contract did not give further details of what happened. Did not hear back from client after that.

Ms Diane is great to work with and is very particular, I complied to every changes that she made and not a single day that we contact to give overviews with the campaign. Somehow the personality that she has can sometimes be polite but also hard to understand. She pauses the campaign with no further information and when the campaign was reinstated 4 days after she paused it again and ended the contract which I did not see it coming. I am hoping to hear from her soon but with the interaction that I have with her I cannot say that she is reliable with her words.

Rose started out with great communication and worked hard to get the dialer system
set up. After that I never heard from her. I sent her several Skype messages / called requesting an explanation but have never gotten anything. I had high hopes but had no choice but to end the contract.
