    Mike had a great attitude and positive energy. He made calls when he said he would and communicated very well. However, the results simply were not there and he failed to deliver on things that I would consider basic and should not be a challenge for a seasoned telemarketer.

    Michael is a very nice guy on the phone.

    However, when I called my leads to follow up, they had no recollection of talking to Michael or agreeing to hear from me regarding my webinars.

    Not sure what the heck happened, so I closed out the contract since it wasn't profitable for me.
