I have the experience for outbound calling. I used to work as an appointment setter and I was one of the top seller in my team. I am flexible in american, british and australian accent. I can work with less supervision.
When I joined this industry, I used to worked as an appointment setter for 2 years. After that, Ive work in an inbound call center as a Customer Service Representative. Through my experience, I have been familiar with an American and Bristish culture and accent. I have leanrned it also from the customers Ive talked to from the different account Ive work with. Ms Jennifer Human is very excellent employer. In this kind of virtual job, Shes very accesible when it comes to query, suggetions or any concerns you want to raise. Even though shes online all the time, but she made usre that she can address all our concerns everyday. Shes a good listener.
