Over the last six months Miguel has been fantastic to work with. He's not only done hundreds of hours of excellent work, but he's done it with little to no supervision and provided quality updates throughout. Highly recommend hiring Miguel, as I will be doing so again for my next project.

Darren is a wonderful employer. He is definitely one of the best I have had since I started with Outbounders in 2013 and his campaign was the best that I've had to handle in a long time. He is very supportive and welcomed feedbacks about any concerns that I encountered in my day to day activities with the campaign and he made sure that those concerns were addressed and resolved immediately. Miguel was absolutely wonderful to work with. My clients all told me they were treated with respect, professionalism and enthusiasm by Miguel on his calls. I work in the senior life insurance business and many of my clients need extra care when calling them.... and Miguel did an excellent job helping these seniors with their phone appointments. I found Miguel to be extremely organized in his work with excellent documentation of every call he made for me. I will definitely hire him again.
