Thank you for checking out my profile and I'm pretty sure you won't be disappointed. I've spent over 8 years honing my skills as a Customer Relations officer, telemarketer and an all around Girl Friday. Way back in 2012, a friend saw that potential and encouraged me to work at home - it was tough at first but, I've managed to keep up. I am an extrovert so, talking to different kinds of personalities isn't stressful to me and probably, one of the many reasons why I excelled in a career like this.
Working for 8 years will surely drain you, I am as honest as that. So, for the past 3 years I focused mostly on Customer Support; providing help through phone and chats for a couple of Ecommerce stores and companies. We used a handful of software or apps that helped us to be more efficient like; Shopify, W4 Stack, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, Zendesk for tickets and Zendesk talk for calls, Ring Central, Shipstation and Shippo and Slack.

nahdia started out great, made calls and appointments then just disappeared with no communications etc, very disappointing, I guess I should have read the reviews better as this seems to happen quite a bit with her. Beware....

Mr. Charapp has been a great employer - very communicative, however, I was hospitalized due to dengue fever and wasn't able to get back to him quickly.

Promised to start on Jan 5th, 3 weeks later... still the same. Kept on skyping them, they respond at times. They hired me full time instead of part time, preventing me from applying to other jobs, told them about it and said that they will change it. 2 weeks later, nothing happened. I've honored my word and I'm done with it. I informed him nicely that I have to quit and can't wait for them to get everything settled, but this is what I get? pfftt P.S Thanks for the 20 bucks for last weeks 10 hours!

I've informed you of my situation on why I wasn't able to come to our 2ND MEETING, because our ISP has cut off my internet and therefore I cannot call them because my land line was no tone too. So, calling me unresponsive and unreliable was too much.

Nahdia is 5 Star in both service and communication. You won't find a better lead gen. Nahdia has a style that works, and works great. I provided Nahdia a script and Nahdia had appointments setup...and lot's of them. Nahdia: You did an excellent job and were the #1 lead generator...feel proud of your efforts because you were awesome. Thank you so much! :)
