We believe Noah has great potential but he missed the entire first week and seem to have a good excuse so we gave him grace when he asked for another chance. We gave him that chance and he didn't show up for work again. We wish him the best but we need people who keep schedule 100%.

I don't believe at this time, that you are serious about working. Too many things happened within 3 days that just is not making sense. I am giving you this rating because I think you have talent but you need to take your job very serious. This is a very simple campaign.
