Ive worked in a Call Center for almost 5 years and currently working part time for an Australian-based company wherein I handle lead generation, maintain accurate records, appointment setting thru Google Calendar/Outlook, phone calls thru VOIP & Skype, email inquiries, invoicing and quotations. I used several tools like MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc), Zoho CRM (including docs, email, sheets, invoice), Dropbox, Google (including mail, calendar, drive, etc), Quotewerks, etc.

I have 6 years of experience in the Call Center Industry (US and Australian Accounts). Ive handled supervisory/escalated calls, billing explanation, general inquiries and some basic troubleshooting steps for a Satellite TV Company.

In addition, I am currently working part-time for an Australian-based company wherein I handle lead generation (B2B and B2C), maintain accurate records, appointment setting thru Google Calendar/Outlook, phone calls thru VOIP & Skype, prospecting by email, email inquiries, invoicing and quotations.

I have fast stable internet connection with a speed of up to 3mbps.
