I just resigned from an American-based company outsourced by Hewlett-Packard (HP). I handled sales and customer service at the same time. I have the skills, experience, and the right tools, that as a matter of fact, I have become second top agent for sales for the year 2012 in my department with over around three hundred people on board. With years of extensive experience in the calling center industry, I can provide variety of support services.
I hold a college degree of Political Science in one of the prestigious Universities here in central Philippines. Soon after school, I had my first career with an American-based monitoring software company when they set up their backoffice for customer service and technical support. With hardwork and competency I guess, I had my first promotion after 8 months. They had put me in the position of a quality specialist where I draw the lines of customer service management based on the headquarters’s program located in California which I had a direct contact. Another 4 months came by, I was one of the three who became junior supervisors where I was assigned to look up the morning shift team. Anyway, there was a greater door came open, it was FourlinQ corporation, a construction company. I was offered a job although the fact that I had no background in the construction industry. With the right training and company’s support, I was able to make it for 2 years. I was able to meet monthly sales requirement and been very good to the management. But I had to say goodbye again. I came back to the callcenter industry after I got hired by Hewlett-Packard. I told myself that I needed to be part of this great company as it is global. So I decided to apply and started working May of 2011. The year 2012 I became the company’s second top sales person.
