Agent made calls. Although agent had some rebuttals, she didn't use scripted rebuttals and was unable to convert calls into qualified prospects. Agent asked for feedback. I provided feedback, which included using the script and slowing down. I also gave her a new list of people to call. Then agent quit saying she didn't have the right approach for the campaign. Because of previous internet issues, agent lasted less than 6 hours on the campaign. There's probably a campaign out there where she is well suited; she quickly decided that it wasn't mine.
