I've been part of the BPO industry for more than 5yrs. I started as a Virtual Assistant in October 2017. I am hard-working and motivated, I was part of different platforms such as real estate, customer service, technical support, and sales. Recently, I worked as an Administrative Assistant / Lead Manager. I am also an expert in Appointment Setting, I was able to hit the target every day. Having different types of jobs, especially working remotely made me dependable and detail oriented.
As a Virtual Assistant, I am required to be excellent at time management. On the phone and off the phone tasks are given every day, but I was able to finish every daily task and submit reports by the end of the day.
Good communication skills are also required for every type of jobs, especially working remotely. I updated most clients by Skype messaging, some preferred by email, so ascertain how your clients want to be contacted and how often.
