Manny seemed very up for the job leading up to actually doing anything. We asked for Manny to do a couple of quick dummy calls before he actually went live. Unfortunately he ghosted, so we ended his contract before it started. Not impressed at all by this behaviour, very unreliable.

I told this client my mother passed away today. And he seemed understanding, and compassionate, I can't believe he would choose to leave feedback calling me unreliable, I certainly didn't ghost him, I let him know exactly what had happened.

Though Manny's feedback is mixed, I gave him a shot. Made a few calls then ghosted me. Claimed the electricity was down in his town, but once he ghosted me I could see he was online on skype but turned his skype status to offline when I tried to contact him.
Seems like he is a good agent, if you can get him to actually stick around...

I am not sure what happened with Manny, we spoke a few times before we set up the campaign. I was really excited to get him onboard and he was very professional and a great communicator. I hired him on 2/2 for the campaign and did a training/onboarding with him and got him added to all our systems. We discussed starting the week of 2/6, he never started the campaign and I reached out to him multiple times via skype to make sure he had what he needed. I never heard back from him. I hope everything is okay as I didn't get the impression that he would work this way. I have no choice but to end the campaign.

It was a pleasure to work with Manny. He is a born sales person with amazing communication skills. He is English is perfect since he was born and raised in the US. Fluent native Spanish speaker as well. Charming personality. Manny met or exceeded consistently his targets. He was a great addition to the team.

The work environment was great, and the work was not demanding and very enjoyable, very pleasant people to work with, however; they decided to fire me without any warning, and without any explanation after they had promised long term employment. I am very disappointed in the way they handled things.

I absolutely loved working for Boost 99 and would do so again in a heartbeat, would recommend to any outbounder, I am very disappointed I wasn't able to see the campaign thru to the end due to infrastructure failure in the country where I reside.
