I‘am a very resourceful person equipped with determination and enthusiasm to fulfill any task at hand. I can work thoroughly in any position as a sales agent (inbound & outbound), customer service agent, translator/interpreter, and/or any position that requires intermediate to advanced computer/technical skills.

I consider myself an experienced and efficient jack of all trades. I have 6 years in the BPO industry. I started as a customer service agent and moved on to other areas as I found my footing. I have developed sales, technical and customer centric skills like rapport, ownership, rejection handling, etc. Those skills, combined with my drive towards a resolution/sale and going the extra mile to provide a superb customer service experience, have been crucial to my success in every role I've had.

Nick is an extremely capable salesperson, who is a pleasure to work with. In addition he works great as part of a team and is always happy to assist his colleagues. Unfortunately our campaign ended prematurely, however I would wholeheartedly recommend employing Nick as he sounds absolutely fantastic on the phone.
