Hi. I'm Rafael Mateo. I'm 39 years old. I'm happily married and I have five kids. To be able to work from home has always been my dream, because I know that by doing this I'd be able to excel more in my career. This would eliminate stress from traffic, gives me more time for my family, and helps me earn more while I'm in the convenience of my own home. This status in life has honed me to become a committed performer.
I've worked as a Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Quality Assurance Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, and also been working as a Virtual Assistant. These experiences, these skills that I've acquired over the last 16 years of me working in this industry has honed me to become a performer. I'm now more flexible in terms of time management and on handling different tasks. I believe that I'm equipped enough.. and If I need to learn new things, I'd be more than glad to be trained.
