My first BPO job was a financial analyst at an international prepaid bank company. We cater customers who want to open or close an account, make money transfer and for those who wants to check their accounts standing. Next to that I became a technical support specialist in an international cable, telephone and internet service provider. We do basic troubleshooting, check their bill status and transfer them to retention if necessary.
