I have over 15-years of administrative experience working in a office environment. For the past 7-years, I have done freelance work online. I recently ended a 3-year contract doing customer support for a company that offers Websites, Email, and Local Marketing. I have done everything from building websites in WordPress to sales support, in addition to ecommerce and telemarketing. I've also worked as a support agent for an online currency and crypto-currency exchange.
I am a US-born native and reside in Florida. I have a BA Degree in Organizational Management and graduated with honors from Warner Southern College.

I've worked with Eric over the last 3 years. In that time he has grown into a tremendous asset. He strives for excellence, is thorough, conscientious, courteous, and an all-around all-star. Eric is flexible and picks up on new knowledge and processes pretty quickly. Most important, Eric has earned the respect and admiration of our clients... who happen to be a tough crowd. Any company hiring Eric will find that he's a Unicorn... rare and wonderful. I was deeply saddened to lose Eric and I wish him all the best for his next gig/adventure.

Eric is very prompt and eager to assist. He is on time and very communicative. He offered solutions to help me get the information I needed, and was a huge help in getting me started on outbounders. Thank you Eric.

He is the only person on this or any website that is going to do as he is going to do. He is excellent, timely,plesant and most importantly dependable.
I will find more work for him. But he disserves better oppurtuniites if they are out their. I mean pay the man hourly, not commission only, he is better than that.Give the man a good hourly and bonus him.
