I am very creative, can work under pressure and like to challenge myself. I always aspire for improvement and new things that will make me better with my tasks.

I took up Administration in Office Management - Computer Secretarial. Has been working for more than 10 years and with BPO Industries for 5 years. Was able to handle American and Australian accounts. Currently I am connected to the number one BPO here in the Philippines for more than a year and handling inbound calls from Australia for a utility. I am willing to extend extra time for Outbounders job.

Grace was great with the training, was willing to learn all about the business,and had flexible hours but her end of internet connection didn't help with the outcome of the campaign. Will hire her back if only she has broadband continuous connection and commitment to give us reports of her calls weekly.
