She is okay but took far more work and could not fit our small work. She had 119 hrs of call in a week. Learnt from her feedback that another buyer had similar issues.

Unfortunately we had to end the contract with Heather temporarily because we had too many people working at the time and had to reduce our workforce. We hope to rehire her in the near future. She speaks very good English and is a great worker. We'd recommend her services to any company looking for a good telemarketer.

Committed to calling for our company. When time came for her to call for us, she claimed to have 2 days of internet problems.. We gave her time to get this resolved. Then after it was resolved the day she was to resume calling, we get an email that something more important came up. To which we checked her schedule to find she was calling for another company that had given her more hours. So if you are a company that is going give her more hours than the current company.... You might have a caller until someone else comes along...

Good with calls, but always absent. Attendance is very important with our company thats why I have to let her go.
