I found Hexel to be engaging, curious, hardworking, and intuitive with his sales approach. These were all qualities in which I sought and he more than delivered. I believe that he will be an asset to any organization, and when given the opportunity he has the potential to solve/resolve challenges in a forward thinking manner. I recommend Hexel highly, and would hire him again. I wish him and his family nothing but the best.

Excellent person with good work ethics and professionalism. He is a fast learner with great communication skills and the attitude to make a team leader. I would hire Hexel again for future projects.

Great Boss! Only problem was they had to close down the west coast and they wanted me to work on east coast. Had to decline the offer for now as I'm still currently working for somebody on the east coast time zone. But given the chance I'd be open and they still wanna hire me, I'd be more than glad to grab the opportunity. Thanks Boss! You're one the best boss I have ever encountered.

Over all Patrick has been a great employer. However just couldn't handle the pressure anymore in which sometimes I felt that it was already beyond my job description.
