Jeff was a great addition to our team. Very hard worker. Very fast learner. Great communication skills. I would have kept him on but due to the coronavirus we needed to pause the campaign. I would be happy to have Jeff back on our team when things improve. He is a great hire.

Agent did an excellent job, was available when needed and had the ability to think outside of the box. I will definitely hire agent again and look forward to using him for future campaigns.

Jeff was a great to have on the campaign! He was a fast learner and was dedicated to making appointments. He was also very communicative and helped enhance the process and troubleshoot technical issues. We will invite him back to future campaigns.

I worked with Jeff for just under 2 months and I simply could not be happier with his performance on my campaign. Besides being a great communicator, I found him to be loyal, flexible, reliable and results oriented. He's an absolute joy and pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him to others. HE WAS CHATTING WITH SOMEONE ELSE ON SKYPE/OUTBOUNDER DURING THE TIME WHEN HE WAS HIRED, AND DID NOT EVEN STOP/PAUSE THE TIMER FOR CHATTING/CALLING OTHER EMPLOYERS. He ended the contract when he felt I wanted to speak to him about the screenshots I can see which were tracked during his work. Agent did not respond when I was available. He was only available to chat for 3hours in a day during which he was hired. Not at all professional. NOT RECOMMENDED. IF HIRED, DO CHECK THE SCREENSHOTS PROPERLY. No email sent except for the the reports. I sent him skype about ending the contract and within 2mins he did that himself. no response yet.

I tried sending him an email regarding the report and keeps on saying that he did not receive it. Our agreement was to work for 10 hours as a trial and we keep on having delays with the start date. He doesnt show up on time and is always late for 2 to 3 hours and this happened 4 times in a span of 1 week. He is unprofessional as he doesnt know to respect my time, he wanted to discuss about the campaign during my rest period even if I keep on saying that I prefer to discuss things during our work schedule so I can accommodate him(which I brought up during the interview). He doesnt schedule it ahead of time but instead only thinks of his convenience and doesnt want to compromise and meet halfway.

We have diversified Jeff’s skills so he now supports us with administration as well as making calls. As part of the original team he has a lot of campaign experience to share with new team members. His written English is very good and his experience is growing weekly. He is able to flex according to the current need and is a valued team member.

I couldn’t have been happier with Jeff. Jeff came on the job with a great attitude and work ethic. He quickly established rapport with prospects, and was able to adapt his script by himself to achieve greater results.

I've been with the campaign for several months only but it seems that I've already worked for them for several decades already. I didn't regret working with them. Every second that I spent with this campaign was totally worth it. They didn't just treat me as an employee but I feel like I was part of the family. Thank you and more power to Custom Guide!
