    No reliable internet connection. She seemed kind, but without stable internet, there is no way I could hire her.

    I asked you what is happening and didn't receive any response from you
    we were on Team Viewer and then suddenly you just ended the contract and gave me 1 star
    you could've just atleast inform me first and check if i can do something about it. Such a waste of TIME!!!

    She sat on the phone with one customer William Hayes for 36 minutes with no conversation.

    Running the clock.

    Not happy and no production for 4 hours.

    I feel so annoyed that you don't even want me to chat me with my friends on Skype? I mean you don't have to deal with my friends and my own life as long as i am working with you..     Jo Anne is very resourceful and will work hard to overcome any technical problems that may come up which saves you time as a boss.

    Her voice is pleasant on the phone, and she takes direction well.

    Sometimes, she tends to speak a little too quickly and too much. She would be able to sell more by slowing down and letting the callers speak a bit more. This is something that I believe she can be trained on, but the employer will have to be willing to put in the time for the training.

    We had her booking appointments, she did an amazing job of finding info to get the phone numbers, overcoming technical difficulties and she works really hard.

    She did book a lot of appointments for us, but we had a few too many of these appointments cancel and not show. After going back into the call logs we believe the reason for this is the way Jo was handling the calls. She was talking a lot and quickly and seemed a little eager to finish the call and move on to the next one.

    All of this can be fixed by just slowing down and listening a bit more.

    I would use her again.

    Very nice. Pleasant and easy to work with. Didn't get a ton of calls done for a campaign but was pretty productive and a pleasure to interact with.

    THIS IS REALLY BAD..THEY'LL JUST END YOUR CONTRACT WITHOUT INFORMING THE REASON WHY? I WORKED I EVEN SET ONE GOOD LEAD FOR THE ENTIRE SHIFT... YOU COULD'VE JUST ASK OB FIRST REGARDING THE RECORDINGS AND SCREENSHOTS!!
