I’m Marighay Loterte,I’ve been in the call center industry for a year, I started working last July 2012 in X-One solutions, a family owned business in Bulacan, I handled B2C sales accounts such as Caribbean Cruise, Student Loan, Physic Source, Medical Alarm System, GE Home Alarm System, Diabetic Testing Meter, and Motion Telecom Fixed Line, then Nov.2012 I was transferred to VOXCOMM a new call center on the same building, I handled B2C sales account such as Medical Alarm System, and Motion Telecom Fixed Line then Leads Gen account such as Diabetic Survey, and Life/ Car Insurance, I resigned last Feb 2013 because of some family reasons then April 2013 I was hired in PNGS a call center in Paco, Manila where I dialed B2C Motion Telecom Fixed Line account then when there’s an opening for the B2B account in Motion Telecom, I applied and I got the job as BDM for Motion Phone cards there I started working then in Core Connect that was last June 2013 and when the merging happened last July 2013 we transferred in Acquire Asia Pacific in Libis dialing same account, I resigned last Oct 2013 because I have to balance my work at the same time being a mother.
