Working in the BPO or call center industry for 7 years made me a well- rounded person in this line of business. With that span, I'v mastered my call handling skills for outbound and inbound sales, handling technical, billing accounts and provide excellent customer service experience. Being a universal phone specialist is a huge advantage for me among others.

Owning your business is my priority for only then I would realize the real meaning of being the front liner of any business.

Rey did an excellent job. He is a pleasure to work with and very eager to learn. He will be an asset to any campaign. Our company had to end our campaign early but we will definitely re-hire when we're ready.

Rey was incredible to work with! I hired a number of different freelancers on Outbounders, Upwork, Freelancer, etc. and Rey was in a league of his own - absolutely incredible!

He is intelligent, proactive, thoughtful, diligent, and an all around great person. He went above and beyond every time, is an excellent, clear and concise communicator, and delivered exceptional work. If I could, I would hire Rey full time!

Alex was absolutely and extremely great client to work with. This project went very well because he provided me so much vivid instructions and precise road map of the campaign and it's goal.

Also, he was the best client I ever had so far. He allowed to role with my own feet and keep the project going with less supervision. He's one of the smartest guy and extremely kind in the planet. Like I've told you, you always have a spot in my calendar.

Alex made me a personalized calling card and sent it through all the way from Canada to Philippines. Very awesome experience!!!
