I am the best person in this job because I know how to interact to customers may be it be for business or residential campaign. I know that I talk well in English so there won't be a hindrance when it comes to communication. I work hard and is very much willing to learn to whatever the product specifics is. I value time so every cent that would be given to me would be worth it.
I have been working as a call center agent here in the Philippines for quite a while. I started way back 2009 and handled several line of business such as telecommunication,retail, banking, power, gas, food delivery and others. Most of which are for blended customer service with sales.
