Overview

I have been in the BPO industry for over 14 years now. For over the past 8 years I have worked as a Team Lead, which proves that I can work under pressure and with minimum or without supervision. I am here to build a long term relationship with your company.

Started my foundation with technical support and customer service.Then I finally found what I am best at which is Sales. I have about 8 years of sales under my belt from B2C and B2B which includes inbound, outbound, chat and email. I have worked with different campaigns or accounts within IT sales and distribution, web development and services, real estate, merchant to financial accounts to name a few.

    I really liked Rich and thought he was going to do a great job for us. I took time to set him up with a company email, provisioned him on our CRM, set him up with a phone number and VOIP calling system so he could call out. However, Rich failed to show up to our pre-call meeting today and I have emailed him a few times with no response. I wish I had better things to say but I am supremely disappointed in the results.

    Is the newest member of our team and was despondent when he was not able to convert, I’m sure he has always been a high achiever in his previous roles. Once he did make a conversion he was off like a rocket. His confidence has grown and he is a really positive team member with one of the highest conversions in August.
