I am a creative and diligent individual with an extensive background in customer service. I was previously employed as Credit card supervisor for a local bank in Jamaica where i would assist with the overseeing of agents on a daily basis, receive escalated calls, emails and chat. Some of my other duties were, updating client information, introduce new products to clients offered by the bank and attend scheduled meetings.

Shanique was wonderful. The difference between Shanique and others is that she consistently shows up! She consistently worked hard. Other outbounders seemed to have an excuse every other day. Shanique was not that way at all. She has great communication skills. You will not regret hiring her for any campaign.
