I got really disappointed, They just hired me yesterday May 26,2016 and sent the contract. I and the team Leader had a Skype call and told her that if it's okay for them that I can start calling tomorrow. There was a discrimination and disrespect because they agreed that I can start tomorrow so that I can study the training materials by myself and prior to the shift will have a Skype call again to ensure I understand everything on the campaign. It should not be like that because I accepted their offer and assured them that I would do my very best to help them for the success of the campaign and be the asset for the campaign.This company needs to be professional, because assuming something leads to disastrous future.

Venus did a great job and contacted many clients for us. She communicated directly with the office throughout the day and worked closely with the other Outbounders to create a tight team.
