Performance-based job
When you hire staff to work on a performance basis, you only pay for actual performance (on a per lead or per sale basis).
Tip: If posting a performance based job, be as specific as possible about what constitutes a lead or sale and what a conservative expectation could be for earnings. If you over-promise, you might get more applicants but they will quit soon after being hired.
