Neighborhood Marketing specializes in providing small businesses big marketing tools. In the past, weve been highly specialized to insurance agents and are now taking our products to more markets. We provide many of the services small businesses dont have the time, energy, desire and expertise to do correctly. Our main product is Internet Visibility Management including directory submissions, local SEO, etc. We also handle CRM software (Microsoft Partner), live telephone leads, email and social campaigns (Constant Contact Partner), marketing plans, consulting, etc.

Job Description:
Were looking for a Telemarketer to help us grow our new markets. You will be promoting and selling our Internet Visibility Product. Successful telemarketers will have the opportunity to be trained and certified on our more complex products that offer long-term income.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage outflow of calls to current or prospective clients/customers
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for goods or services
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted
- Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers

Compensation:

I firmly believe in taking care of those that take care of me. As this is a new market for us, the hourly pay will need to be low, but I will provide generous compensation per sale - -30 - depending on productivity and reliability. The will be invoiced as bonuses on your existing hourly contract.

Your qualifications:

- Basic telephone etiquette
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience a plus
- Abilility to dial out to number in the US
- A complete profile
- References or an established reputation on Outbounders preferred
